I am an artist based in London. I have been drawing and painting since I was young, but it was about five or six years ago when I re discovered my love for painting and its importance in my life.

I always seek to challenge and experiment in my work but I predominately use women as the main protagonists within imagined worlds, emotions and situations. My inspiration comes from everywhere, from feelings, observations and small things around me. Inspiration also comes from photography and cinema.

For The Dyás collection I drew inspiration from 1920s and 30s playing cards, I wanted to create art deco inspired pieces intertwined with a playful spirit of the circus and mime.
I wanted to use women as the main protagonists, to reimagine them, giving them a renewed energy and spirit.

Through playful and bold shapes, symbols, and geometric rhythm, I wanted to create movement and energy that shifts the focus back onto them. I worked with a light and darker palette that balances boldness and softness. I hope people can find and feel their own stories within the pieces, rather than having a defined meaning of each piece.

Collaborating with The Dyas is an incredibly exciting opportunity. I’m inspired by the way they celebrate art and culture, and I love that this collaborating allows my paintings to become garments, living artworks that isn’t just on the wall but moves with us in everyday life.
It feels like giving the work a new life, one that is worn, experienced, and carried into everyday.
